“The Management Trainee role really prepares you for every other role you will take at Penske,” said Allison. “Because every single day, you’re working with every other department. You’re working with the Maintenance team. The Finance team. The Customer Care team. You’re really, truly engaged every single day with those departments. So once you’re ready for a promotion, you understand what those departments do and probably feel led one way or the other.”
